ESSENCE REAVER is broken and anyone who says otherwide is fuking boosted that clearly mains those champs who beinfet from how broken that item is

In theory it is broken, but the champions who are mostly using is are these hit or miss champions like Yi or Lucian who either stome early or need really good back up.. Or really really bad opponents.
