What was your plan on the Skarner change?
Was the plan to make him a location depentant bruiser with close to no damage on his abilites or no damage at all if you are not close to a crystal or making him a full tank and be an ult bot?
His new passive is horrible compared to his first and his latest. Why in the world would you want to have a passive that gives gold to the enemy team and some vision? Sure you can also get it but, if it spawns in the enemy jungle also i will laugh
His Q damage was ruined, jungle clear slower, ( the basic attack reduction on Q was nerfed in the jungle pretty hard ) less sticky with the removal of movespeed and attack speed on Q
W got a nice buff, So i will not complain about it
E, which was already pretty slow, GETS SLOWER THE MORE YOU HIT WITH IT!? And now if you do not hit it in a gank pre 6 you won't do much
Ult got nerfed, cause longer cooldown early (but buffed late), shit damage if you do not build alot of damage
If you do not revert this change cause he is not played often, like the lee sin change you reverted cause he was played often, it will only show more how little you care about your playerbase now, and more about your esport$
As a Skarner player, i will play him and try alot of different builds on him and see if i can make him work
TL:DR New change is horrible and you should revert it
