Ornn [Context] HP per level increased from 90 to 95 Armor per level increased from 3 to 4 Living Forge (Passive) [New Effect] "When Ornn hits level 11 any upgradable items he currently owns or buys in the future will automatically become upgraded for no cost. For the next 4 levels after 11, each level will allow Ornn to upgrade an item for an ally (max 1 per ally) at no cost. Ornn must get close to his ally and click on them, which will cause him to forge his ally's item and replace it for them when he's finished." [No updated tooltip yet!] Volcanic Rupture (Q) mana cost reduced from 55 at all ranks to 45 at all ranks

Ornns tankyness, health regen, and damage is too overloaded right now. Heres clips for you to see, decide for yourself if you think this is fair.

Theres also clips I have of ornn lvl 7 tanking 4 tower shots like its nothing. This balance team has been so bad this year I actually been making a League of Legends replica game myself. Really cant stand the decisions this team is making this season.

  • Jayce is bad against tanks.

  • In both of those clips that you showed, you have: no armor, barely any (if any at all) bonus health

  • In the first clip: You didn't dodge his flame breath, you didn't swap to hammer form for the increased resistances, and you didn't knock him back under tower which easily would have blown his flash or gotten the kill. Towers ramp up in damage, a level 3 Ornn would be taking lethal shots in no time. He also has armor and a Doran's shield, has been stacking grasp of the undying because you walk into his auto range, and he also properly shielded your E/Q with his W. He completely deserved to win that trade.

  • In the second clip: It's clearly the same game, so you're still at a disadvantage because of how strong you let him become. He properly shields again, then you foolishly walk into not only his auto range, but into the minion wave. Did you count the fact that you took almost 200 damage from minions? I bet you didn't. He's still stacking grasp, he's still building armor items and doing his job as a tank (Reminder: Jayce is bad against tanks) and you're making bad trades worse by walking into his wave.

  • Bonus: You also have Kleptomancy, and what I'm going to assume is Domination or Precision. In other words: Not only did he build properly against your damage type, you literally have no items against a tank with armor/health/Grasp and your runes give you no offensive keystone.


In conclusion: Ornn is obviously broken because you couldn't kill him at level 3/4. You're playing as a fighter who's bad against tanks, laning against a tank with armor against your champion who primarily does physical damage. You have no offensive keystone, no damage built, and fought him in his minion wave.

Obviously, we need to nerf Ornn (who, in his current state is statistically one of the worst fucking toplaners in the game) because Jayce, one of the most commonly picked and strongest RANGED top laners in the game has a bad early game against him.

First Clip: You didn't even skill him. He used his full kit on you.

Itemization: You went Klepto, had an Ancient Coin. Ornn had a Doran's Shield

Who do you think is going to sustain when you face tank with a Coin vs a Doran's shield?

It might be a little out of line.

But if your AAs hurt Ornn any more, he wouldn't be playable top lane cuz he would never get a CS.

Stop letting him proc the brittle passive on you, you're ranged.

In the second clip, You neglect to mention 9 melee minion attacks and 3 canon minion attacks. That's really significant at level 4.

You ignored listing that Ornn got his enhanced autos off in both clips. WTF are you doing walking into melee range against Ornn as Jayce when he has Brittle on you?

First clip you start at 70% health and end at 35%. Not 100% to 25% like you imply. Losing 35% health to a lane bully that landed everything on you including a bunch of autos is more than reasonable.

Second clip he also gets the damage from E on you when he escapes from tower. He gets his brittle auto. You tank a bunch of minions at level 4.

Both of these seem perfectly reasonable. You just aren't very good at the matchup is all. Why are you jumping in melee form against an Ornn with unstoppable again?
