yeah that seemed to be the common build, watching the INW for Allstars. But based on the recent PBE patch, it looks like their nerfing that item combo.

Didn't happen. Her attack speed is exactly the same as it ever was.

With the percentage increased to levels that are equal or even superior damage for most of the game.

This might matter more if she still needed BotRK. With the Shiv/Firecannon combo, BotRK would have been a thing of the past even if it wasn't nerfed. That combo is thankfully getting nerfed next patch (mostly because of Vayne abusing it), but it does exist right now.
The 3 AD nerf and the lowered AD per level is really the only thing that stuck, and that's not enough to make up for the things she got. She's just as strong as she ever was. If MF and Quinn hadn't been made stupidly powerful, she'd be a contender for best ADC right now.

That's a very positive attitude to have, and it's generally the way you should be feeling about her. It didn't change because of her actual balance state though. It's all perception.

As if it was hard to outplay when your kit has stealth, mobility boost and a short CD repositioning tool and you don't even need to aim her skills.
