shouldnt be able to take half someones health then pop in the same spot. shouldnt be able to stop csing just to take turrets and live in lane, and stupid people on the forums complain about people who have to press more than 1 button, use facts not just stupid butthurt. scrubs

1 champion solves your probs with both champions. Velkoz . He can outpoke heimer, and can easily trade with leblanc since she cant really get into his range and he can also e the return pad if she tries to back.
