Twisted Treeline balance (Gangplank)

I think the passive silver serpents are a bit too quick to obtain in twisted Treeline. I'm a silver player and wasn't farming all that particularly well, but I was still able to obtain all three of the ult upgrades <20mins. I know there needs to be passive SS gain for Treeline, but it probably should be toned done a bit. I felt like I was rewarded for doing nothing other than deciding to play the champion.

Does the first upgrade still become available roughly when you hit 6? If so, that does seem a little too fast. My main concern is that Riot doesn't accidentally nerf SS-generation for any other maps while reducing it on TT.

on average i can upgrade the ult the first time either right before 6 or recall at 6 and upgrade it. i was actually laughing when playing with friends because i told them i could upgrade ult before i even had it.
