[GAMEPLAY] gangplank receiving SS from basic autos and increased number of SS from minions

Occurred on my team in a One for all match. My lane partner that was on mic with me said he was receiving SS at a increased rate and from just basic autos not even having to parlay. Even though he didn't have the highest cs, because we were duo lane, he was still able to upgrade his ult twice.
