Problems of people trying to get to a high rank/get out of low elo

Hey everyone, I’m currently trying to find out how one could make the lives of players who are seriously trying to get to a high rank a lot easier ;)

Which is why I have two very simple questions:

  1. As someone who is currently in Iron/Bronze/Silver, what are the 2 biggest issues you’re dealing with?

  2. Regarding your personal skill level, what would you wish for more than anything else?

Thanks so much in advance - looking forward to reading your answers!

People think they play perfectly but it's so far from it, they need to fix their champ pools, actually find out what theyre doing wrong and most of all. Ignore kills, i swear youd climb out of low eloi if you stop trying to join in the 4v3 thats goping on across the map, just get the tower.

My two biggest issues (honestly)

  1. I get tunnel visioned on my lane and forget to check minimap. As a Top my dueling is great, I push my lane and can zone, dive and farm but I ALWAYS get ganked and camped and kick myself because I forget to ward or forget to be scanning mini map. Coaching in this realm would be a huge help. I'd be winning my lines so much more if I could just get help with countering enemy ganks and camping....

  2. I genuinely don't know how to "comeback" when my team is feeding. I want to know how to come back into the game and take control away from the enemy team that is getting fed off me and my team.

Regarding my personal skill level, I just want to be good enough to reach Gold 1 comfortably and then improve from there.

  1. My biggest issue is genuinely my team. They either don't listen, don't build right, don't help during fights, or don't rotate for easy kills in the early game. The second issue is I get bored too quickly on the champs I climb with, and then decide to play ranked with other champs and do poorly.

  2. I think my personal skill level isn't too bad, but I need to work on remembering the mathematics behind each matchup so I gamble less on early all ins.

if you want to climb then assume that everything has a win/lose condition and you play to that. no complaining about anything, only blaming yourself.

ADC main

Dive the carry, 16-0 nocturne, triple assassin team comps, etc. Consistency in my own game play.

Improving mental and tilt I think would have the biggest influence for me right now.

  1. Less Iron in Silver clothing on my teams
  2. Less Plat+ Smurfs in Bronze/Silver Clothing on the enemy team
  3. Less AFKers

I think most people don't understand that they need to stick to a handful of champions to climb efficiently and swiftly.

And also that those champions simply can't be team reliant (like tanks or supports) because you are relying on bad teams.

As for my personal skill level, I wish I could cancel auto animations like Khan :( Or sidestep like faker.

Most of the time its people's picks. You can tell how serious someone is by looking at their match history. If they are playing champions with very low exp on them they likely dont care about the game.

For example; Just had to dodge a game because i was support and our mid laner locked in ryze(a champion they only played 4 times this season and are 0 and 4 on them).

The problem is you will get people who actually want to win with people who do not care.

I think the majority of low elo players think they play perfectly but their team holds them down.
