Climbing ranked for busy people

Hey guys,

I know that many League players are struggling with climbing ranked and feel pretty stuck, especially those who lack the time and are stressed because of their job or family etc.

I’m building a small business as a consultant helping people with exactly that so I’m wondering, for all those that are struggling with climbing, what keeps you from reaching your desired rank and what bothers you the most about it?

The fact most players think they belong 2-3ish Divisions Higher then where they get stuck is likely a factor.

I'm stuck because Riot's system of match making puts me on a loss streak when I start winning or doing well. They match me with blatant feeders that are uncarriable, toxic shitters who int and chuckle smugly about it while I get banned for calling them what they are.
