PBE Needs Some REAL help

Everyone hops on the pbe when a new champ comes out and in champ select whoever doesnt get the new champ (neeko this time) instantly doges. Then you get thrown into another que, someone gets new champ..someone doges. This processess repeats itself over and over again, to the point where you can be just trying to get in a SINGLE game for half an hour. Riot its been years of this please.. put in a system for pbe that punishes people who doges severly. Like a 30min-1hr penalty for a single doge. Even better also add a system in which everyone will get a chance to play the new champ. Like maybe make it in which your every game u play not as the new champ you are guaranteed to be higher for picking first.

Example: first draft is normal. after your first game (assuming u dont get new champ) your guaranteed not to be last pick next game, 3rd draft your guaranteed 3rd pick or high, 4th draft ur guaranteed 2nd pick or higher. Everygame after that your guaranteed first pick or higher. Maybe have them click something in the beginning incase they dont want to play the new champ then this wont happen, or if they are given the opportunity to pick the new champ then dont then maybe it resets.

Thats just a concept (no need to nit pick the concept) bc the point im trying to make is:

1. PBE when a new champ is out is RIDICULOUS bc EVERY lobby gets doged constantly
2. We NEED a impactful penalty as stated above for doging games in the pbe like 30min+ wait time (somthing to highly deter doging)
3. Adding some kind of system like the one i stated, or any system that will help players get a chance to try out the new champ eventually.

plz guys upvote, we need to get this seen by riot if you agree with me. And if a Riot employee sees this then plz get the ball rolling for some much needed pbe changes.
