I need help as adc

I think I'm generally a good adc but I'm having a lot of trouble just winning games. I can deal a lot of damage and try to do everything right but I just keep losing. Also laning is a bit tough for me. I like playing ezreal and the tear generally hurts which I'm fine with but if other people in other lanes feed or whatever I have virtually no control. I think the only thing that could help me is how do I win lane and hard to counter act whatever else may be going on.
