@RiotMeddler Since you guys are nerfing Viktor, Plz Please don't nerf AP Viktor.

If you guys want to fix Viktor then how about some changes to his Q and E?

If that is the case, then how about changing his shield scaling from Mana and Ap to a flat base number (that scales with level or Q rank) with Ap scaling?

Also couldn't you guys buff his E aftershock delay which would motivate players to go for E max mid Viktor? Thing is, I have seen many suggestions on Reddit and the boards to reduce Viktor's E aftershock from 1 second to 0.8-0.85 seconds with some damage number adjustments. Just curious, why would this not work? I have never seen a direct answer from Riot on why they simply cannot do this. Could someone who does have experience/data/reasons on why Viktor's E can't be touched answer?
