Update on vladimir?

So a while ago i saw how vladimir was going to get an update. Figured it was going to be the next patch. Can someone tell me when Riot plans to update him? I'm sure he isnt getting a full rework, but didnt know if he and the other champ update was going to be released with taric.

Mid-year mage update

It's going to be a rework on the same scale as the one Marksmen received. He'll be updated together with mages like Annie and Vel'Koz.
