Will of the Ancients Buff?

Can there be a buff towards the WoE? I have absolutely no idea why it was even nerfed down, with so many lifesteal items and there is only one spellvamp item. But with the downgrade of 20% -->15% Spellvamp, and with the new addition of lowered % if used an AoE ability, I pretty much cannot contest with Vladimir, as that was a key item on him (for me anyways). If the passive was just 1/2 it wouldnt be too bad, but 1/3 of the 15% of it is madness. it may as well not even work on AoE. just me ranting a bit but its just plain wackjob to nerf the only spellvamp item in the game, while saying it will still contest every lifesteal item.

it's price went down (i think) 200 gold
15% spellvamp is now done BEFORE armor or magic resist making it better vs champs
there has always been a penalty for aoe spells

so it is actually better than it was before patch 5.22

thats the entire idea behind this change. vladimir has always been a problem, ruining spellvamp items for other champs, since as soon as a spellvamp item is good on anyone, its op on vlad.

though swain and morgana arent helping either.

Spellvamp's always been in a weird place. When it's good, it's TOO good, but when it's mediocre, it's a barely-useful stat. There used to be times when Morde/vlad/Swain could get an early Revolver and stay in lane for the next 30 minutes without any fear of retribution whatsoever. Most AP champions rely on Burst damage models, instead of DOT like AD Marksmen, and a few AP champions. Spellvamp, when combined with TARGETED BURST or Focused DOT proved to be a very strong model.
