Any chance of a IP-to-RP system being made at any point in time?

Hi! I was just thinking that I, like a lot of other people I know, have a ridiculous amount of IP kinda just sitting around getting bigger and bigger. I've already purchased every champion in the game and every rune in the game, and I don't really plan on getting a name change any time soon. So, as of right now, the only thing I am able to spend IP on is the mystery champion shards, which is good, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for at the moment, seeing as i have all the champs I consistently play at lvl 7. I was just wondering if it would be possible for, sometime in the future, a system to be created that allows a transfer of large amounts of IP into some RP. Like, for example, maybe make 1500 IP worth 100 RP or something like that, I'm sure there's a formula out there that would perfect that transfer system.
