How are they allowed to get away with this

what do you mean by trolls in champ select? "banning the champs their own mates want to pick" thats not trolling. you can bann whatever you want. maybe the last pick wants fiora, but i dont want to take this risk that the enemy picks her first, so i bann her.

picking a role even tho you got picked for a different one is a reason to report.

if they start punishing champ select trolls then you wont find out they are trolls until the game starts. meaning you wont get a chance to dodge.
