Why do I get 0 control over whether my team forfeits?

My team (presumably a 4 queue) just forfeited an easily winnable game. Why is this allowed? I'm playing AP shyv into a team full of squishies and we were behind only 4k gold after the last teamfight before they all insta forfeited. Easily winnable, tossed away 25 minutes of my times cause people wanna troll... Super fun that you guys allow this level of griefing in your game.

no one person i repeat no one person decides if a game is win or lose you dont get to ruin the game for 4 other people.

This is the major difference between high elo and low elo, low elo lose games that are easily winnable just because they surrender at 15 on a team of champs that are clearly all late game champs.

How would you want this handled? 4/5 people on a team surrendered.

So, perhaps consider this a lesson in "brinksmanship". (Look it up.)

(Also, did you verbalize your rationale before they surrendered? Sometimes, it's enough to say, "I'm a smurf, and I'll carry this, just play try to safe for 4 minutes") (Or something like that).

I don't even think you can queue with 4 people. Or is that just ranked?
