For all people who claim that Diana is not OP

Diana really isn't that OP though...her laning phase pre-6 is kind of awful and any zone control mage can destroy her. IF she gets ahead she is a monster, of course, but she isn't hard to shut down. Unlike most assassins in the game she has no way to get out of a fight and she can maybe get one target while others can get maybe 1 or 2 and sometimes 3. Diana isn't as much of a problem as Zed, Talon and Fizz. All of which can get just about as tanky as Diana can supposedly get while 2 of them can also sustain off of life steal and Fizz can pretty much go all tank and still deal more damage than Diana. Diana's burst is also pretty unreliable, relying on her ult reset off her Q.

Getting 18+ kills does not make a champion OP. It makes the enemy team really bad. My last couple games with Jinx have looked like this.
