@Riot @RiotMeddler Why did nobody told us about Rumble nerfs?

Hello,

I just wanted to drop in with a quick question regarding Rumble nerf in the 7.7 patch, or rather its... "suprise factor".

Over the past few days there's been a bit of Rumble talk, since his popularity spiked thanks to meta shaping up in Rumble's favour (though I can see it really quickly coming to an end with BotRK buffs and whatnot), and yes, it was somewhere mentioned that you will Riot's balance team will look at Rumble.

Though unlike other champions being approached the same way, like Quinn, Talon, Graves, Amumu, etc. Rumble changes were not mentioned anywhere, it was just one note saying "Rumble's worth watching", and statement like that doesn't even guarantee anything changing, so it's not like I should expect Rumble to get 100% changed (let alone nerfed).

Can we maybe have some more insight/context/origin of this change other than sudden pop-up in official patch notes (for the patch that is going to roll out in ~5 hours), and maybe let us know what other changes are you considering at the moment? So that we could give you some actual feedback?
