Season 7 - Best Route For Jungle Changed

IamHereToTroll·11/1/2016, 8:01:45 AM·8 votes·23,368 views

Since there are several changes in Season 7, the jungle path will change in my opinion. Golem start seems impossible since it takes long time to clear and makes you lose a lot of HP. In the current pre-season version of jungle Red Side is a lot harder to start with. Mobs just outnumber you. Now all camps give you HP when you smite them. So I decided to shoot a video about my jungle path. I really think this one is the best possible option. What you guys think. Do you have any better jungle paths for Season 7? Please share it with me.

I tot Riot didn't want Jungler to always have a linear route?

seeing this video means that all junglers will do this?

or is it only for the starting phase?

Not to mention they will spawn 15 seconds later than all other camps except Gromp who spawns at the same time.

The new Jungle actually isn't balanced around full clears the first time since single target Junglers struggle against Raptors heavily and AoE junglers struggle against Krugs. Both camps are nearly impossible to clear without huge costs of time or health before Level 3-4. Try these routes next time:

Single Target (Non-Caster)-

  • Krugs
  • Red
  • Wolves
  • Blue
  • Gromp (rewards Level 4)

Caster-

  • Blue
  • Gromp
  • Wolves
  • Raptors
  • Red
  • Krugs (rewards Level 4)

AoE Target (Non-Caster)-

  • Red
  • Raptors
  • Wolves
  • Blue
  • Gromp (rewards Level 4)

Super Junglers (Have Tons of AoE and Single Target/Super Sustain)-

  • Krugs
  • Red
  • Raptors
  • Wolves
  • Blue
  • Gromp (rewards Level 5)

While I don't have access to the PBE, I feel that blue side will be where assassins and single target based champion junglers will start for the low population of jungle creatures. While tanks and champions with a lot of AoE damage will start red side where the weaker, but more numerous jungle creatures will live, making clears faster. Ivern won't care, the jungle creatures are all his friends. These are all just my observations from PBE views.[slayer-pantheon-popcorn] PS, I would have gotten E at level 4 so that I could speed up my jungle clear. Unless I thought to gank pre level 4.

On most non-mana hungry champs, you're going to want to start Krugs. Krugs first+red gives you level 3. The other way around does not. ** Most champs can easily start Krugs. **

You only start blue side if you're extremely mana hungry, really.

ALWAYS START KRUGS IF YOUR CHAMP CAN DO KRUGS-->RED OR KRUGS-->RAPTORS-->RED.

If you can't start Krugs, you either start blue, or raptors->red->wolves->blue->gromp.

If you start blue, skip raptors if you can't clear them easily via AoE. Hit 4 and gank.

It's also notable that Blue and Red Buff monsters now have negative MR and Armor respectively. This makes the Brambleback extremely easy and fairly quick to clear for a physical damage jungler, whereas the Blue Sentinel is considerably more difficult; vice versa for magic damage junglers.

Combined with Krugs being on the same side as Red Buff, the new jungle is going to favor physical damage junglers more than magic damage ones in terms of clear speed.
