What do you do in this situation...

You've just won a team fight. Enemy have 42 kills (And a gold lead) and you have 37. Mid wave is far back so you don't take it. Top inner tower is weak, and taking that could be helpful... You have a fed Vayne who's playing the champion for the first time (Against humans), a relatively large Nasus, an Ekko who had a rough early game but came back on top late game, a Pantheon who has a Spirit Visage, Youmuu's, and Warrior and a Nami (who's heals have been on point).

On top of all this, there's an Elder Dragon. The team hasn't taken a single dragon at all. So taking an Elder would be relatively helpful...

What would you do?

Send Nasus top. Rest of team to Drag to deny it. Fall back and regroup to push mod wave out.

You didn't mention location the fight took place or if summoner spells and items are up or not.

I would send Pantheon to get top [depending on time, maybe inhib. as well. I don't know who one is jg.], and he can always Ult out if need be. Let the Vayne and Nami go to Elder for sure. With Nasus and Ekko at elder with them then Drake should go down relatively quickly.

That is all voided if they are out for 40 seconds. With the tank potential of Nasus, you could possibly push all the way to inhib and take it. Then pull back to maybe take drake as well, warding on the way.

While the enemies are dead, try to go for other objectives and not the dragon. Before you back, ward the entire dragon area and back fast. If top has tp, send him splitting. If not, send Panth split bot or mid and then join with ult.

The Elder will not give you many beneficial stats. So, your reasoning behind taking it, is mostly denying the enemy team getting advantage of it(since they clearly took the previous dragons). So, instead of wasting time taking it while they are dead, capitalize on the won teamfight and make some more gold around the map through a tower or two and stealing their jungle/clearing yours and setting up vision. Chances are, you will win the next fight at dragon and seal the game.

Send Vayne and jungler on dragon, send nasus top, send other two mid/bot to push lanes. Back, regroup with all lanes pushed and elder dragon.

vayne and ekko/jungler can probably duo drake, send nasus to split top for the tower and push out mid and bot, then reset and fight again while sidelanes are still pushing
