Who is the most consistent champion?
A champion who has a fairly good win rate, stable scalings, good early, mid and late game, and plays in top lane.
Also is said champion 1350 IP? Too lazy to grind too much for any champion.

You have to know how to use her though, in order to achieve that consistent great win rate.
Poppy is 450 just buy her as well and practice her lol. She's easily one that can achieve good win rate.
probably swain, although his early isn't good.

Has always been strong due to high mobility, high base damage, brain-dead gameplay became even stronger when trinkets were implemented and he no longer needed a sightstone.
No matter how badly you shit on him in lane, he will come back angry.
Spin to win.
Easy mode champ.
If you die playing Mundo, you're doing something wrong or your team is 0-28.
At the moment he is really strong. Probably will get nerfed.
Do you like being an unkillable assassin? This is the champion for you!
Is pretty good.
Strongest champion in the game. But you'll never be able to play him because banning is allowed.
Split push for the win every game.
Extremely underrated champion. Not sure why he doesn't see more play.
And my personal favorite:
You can build him AP if you get an AD mid. You can build him Tank if your jg is playing some stupid fuck "carry" jg like Noc.
(FYI: I have no idea the cost of most of these champions)
