Rune Suggestion
Why don't we have a rune that gives 10% critical strike chance and crits make the target bleed. Bleed deals 2 + (0.04 per 1% crit chance)×(1+bonus crit damage) % of target max health as physical damage over 4 seconds. Other crits on already bleeding targets refreshes the bleed duration.
