Rune Suggestion

Why don't we have a rune that gives 10% critical strike chance and crits make the target bleed. Bleed deals 2 + (0.04 per 1% crit chance)×(1+bonus crit damage) % of target max health as physical damage over 4 seconds. Other crits on already bleeding targets refreshes the bleed duration.

Damage starts by 2% Max HP and scale up to 8% if you have 100% crit chance and item 3031.

Like Overcharger, "This opens the door to brand new item builds.":

Probably not going to happen because giving crit on a rune gives the potential for cheese to win lanes. I know this is possible under the current rune system, but it's something they specifically avoided in masteries and I believe are avoiding in the rune rework. Something like crit damage or a crit bleed is possible, but just giving 10% crit probably won't happen.
