New champ select quality of life suggestions

There's two things the old champ select had that i think needs to be implemented in the new one.

1. In the new champ select, if you don't lock in your champ, you will dodge. This was incredibly annoying as multiple people would dodge without knowing how, and once, even I forgot to lock in and I dodged. This should be like the old champ select, where it will lock in the champ you're currently looking at. A small change like that would stop all this time consuming dodging, as we are all used to the old feature already.

2. The new champ select does not allow you to buy skins while in it. This was a feature in the old champ select that I rather enjoyed in the rare times I needed it. I think this feature should be brought back, as it really doesn't cause any harm to the game, it's just for people who enter a game and forgot to buy a certain skin they wanted to play.
