lost but possibly forgotten?

I picked up shen earlier this week and knocked the dust off of my surgeon skin. Had a pretty troll champ select group so i figured good game to see where he is at the moment. I am pleasantly surprised, thrilled even. I only wonder why i have not heard this earlier. Has everyone forgotten shen? I mean every time morg gets a mention the patch all the sudden it seems she is back on the top of the ban list. I am only silver but it just seemed odd to me that shen is pretty much back, and no one mentions him
