What happened to the skins we were supposed to get for Illaoi?

We should see more news next week on it. The news for the skin comes out every 2 weeks on the Nexus website https://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/2018/01/battlecast-illaoi-modeling-and-texturing/ I believe they also said it would take 4 months to produce, so we've still got a little bit of time before it's complete.
