V-sync

i don't know if it's me or not ,but when i activate V-syn in league's client....it feel like the animation slower....or my character is a bit slower i don't know it's so weird...i'm in practice tool right now with draven and i'm pretty sure the animation got slower when i activate V-syn, my axe come back way more slower...or it feel like it come back slower...i don't know and i wanted to know if i'm the only one behind crazy here lol

i set the frame rate at 60 becaus otherwir i would get 300+ fps for nothing so it's not about the fps hre becaus i have a constant 60 fps...even in tf or whereever you want.
