Annie Buff is too big

It's a wierd gameplay now. Early now she is untradable - if she s able to cast ult, no matter if she'll die or not - she will get a kill. In late game however, if she's not fed her bear won't do much, means Annie too.

They basically exaggerated what she already did. Her ult bomb is worse off and she snowballs harder.

Unlike most of the other mages there doesn't seem to be that much of a trade off for it
