Camera Glitch new patch

Suddenly my camera got stuck at the top of the map clicking anywhere on the mini-map would normally move your camera the but would pinged not where you click on the map but what you where looking at, clicking on abilities or trying to upgrade them would do the same, resulting in you pinging where the camera was looking at, it was like it wouldn't register the UI . I couldn't quit via Esc as no pop up would appear, I had to use task manager to shut it so I could restart it, when I had reconnected it was playable but still a glitch which caused me to struggle for the very little left of the game. If the camera reached the top it of the map it would get stuck in the y axis. Please fix this riot.
