How can I climb out of silver w/ trolls/afks every other match?

I'm not very good at this game but I've been trying hard to improve and I feel I have made a good number of improvements, yet every other match in silver I get a troll or an afk on my team, or someone who just can't go lane phase without 5-10 deaths.

Note: when I make a mistake in game I don't blame teammates, I remember what I did and I try to improve.

Honest question, players who climbed out of silver, how did you do it? Does the frequency of trolls/afks decrease when you get to gold? Plat? Diamond?

Short answer: you don't. Most new players to ranked are funneled into lower Silver (5,4,3) and that's why it's so hard to climb out of it.

Patience. If you're better than this elo you will eventually climb

make a new account > hard grind on that account > play ranked > win all ur placements game with good stats > welcome to gold
