Buff Rammus
I think it would behoove you to buff rammus, since you have a new skin in the shop right now. I'm sure more would sell.
But you've been nerfing him to the ground ever since your rework. The only buff he's received in the last 6-12 months was when you reverted his movement speed while W is active and a knee jerk of adding 10 armor back to W activation. You can go through the 7.1-7.23 patch notes and find all the nerfs towards rammus yourself.
The nail in the coffin (after nerfing his W from MR) was when you changed jungle xp around. By doing this you took his last bastion of being viable. But sick of seeing the constant nerfs tossed Rammus's way. By changing the damage on his W, to changing the rune/masteries, changing thornmail twice to nerf him further, nerfing cinderhulk, nerfing his W towards MR, changing jungle to favor fast clear junglers and funnerlers, changing AD items. If you don't want tanks in the jungle then change their kits so they're viable in other positions ok? There are very few games he's good for, but when you can't carry vs. all AD team anymore as rammus, then you know he's been nerfed too much.
8.1 /Pre-season New Runes/Masteries - Took the choice of stacking AS + Armor to counteract his early game clear/weakness away with new system. 8.2 Removal of Sightstone Aftershock Base damage decreased. Damage health scaling decreased but now scales with bonus attack damage and ability power. Flat resistances increased but no longer amplifies resistances by a percentage. 8.3 Buffs to champs he's supposed to counter Tryn/Yi etc. 8.4 Removed Tracker's knife, pretty much the only viable jungler upgrade for Rammus. Little did users of this realize this was coming with removal of sightstone in 8.2. As well as buffs to Mage's and mage item reworks (very strong against rammus players btw) Also buffed objectives Rammus has a difficult time solo'ing i.e. Dragon/Rift/Baron In a smite race, there is no large damage ability to cast along with smite to secure objectives. 8.5 Nerfed Cinderhulk Buffed everyone Rammus is supposed to be strong against. Buffed Press The Attack Buffed AP/AD gains from Sorc/Dom Tree Nerfed Aftershock (again) Nerfed Cloud drake (one of the only dragons Rammus was allowed to solo, and did well with the buff) There was promise with the 4g buff on Targon's to replace Tracker's knife (but we all know how that turned out) 8.6 More buffs to champs he's supposed to be strong against Abyssal Mask Nerf (The only MR resist item he would ever buy) Nerf to Dead-man's plate Buffs to Guinsoo's Removed IRONSKIN* (guess no one grabbed it except Rammus players?) 8.7 More Buffs to champs Rammus is supposed to be strong against Nerf Ninja Tabi's double-fold Nerf Aura Items (Rammus would usually get 2) Nerf to Relic shield for non-supports and supports alike Nerfed Resolve Tree starting health Cut Down We're looking to up the damage this brings against full-durability champions. DAMAGE MULTIPLIER 4-10% (at 150-2000 max health difference) ⇒ 4-12% (at 150-2000 max health difference) Nerf to Red buff towards towers 8.8 More buffs to Graves and other champs he's supposed to be strong against. At least there were no noted nerfs. 8.9 FLAT ARMOR ON ACTIVATION 20 ⇒ 30 (Oh gee, guess we get the armor back we lost from Ninja Tabi's/Runes pretty much everything else not to mention this was nerfed last season) I guess another thing that would be a buff is a bugfix in Guinsoo's... who would've thought we even had an issue for last 3 patch cycles. Also buffs to counters and champs he was supposed to be strong against 8.10 When all hope was lost. Removed option to buy Jungle Item + Support Item Nerfs to Chrysalis + Bone Plating Jungle changes that changed to largely favor champs Rammus is suppose to be strong against, as well as champs that would counter him. Removed more global gold UPDATEDKINDLE Damage over 5 seconds is no longer amped to 75 if you have bonus health REMOVEDCHOP CHOP Attacking jungle monsters no longer grants 15% bonus attack speed for 2 seconds I can go through the rest of the Jungle changes that nerfed Rammus, but we're all familiar with them 8.11 "Compensation for the Machete changes last patch" (LOL, Can't believe Rammus was left out of the compensation) Buffs to pretty much everyone Rammus is supposed to be strong against (Though there are slight nerfs/reverts you've been noticing with a couple of the champs, Bravo) "Bumping a little bit of experience back into the jungle." (Just favors fast clear speed champs, complete joke) Also buffs to AP junglers too Also all new the AD items that screw over Rammus 8.12 Buffs to champs that counter Rammus or he's supposed to be strong against. Oh look a Rammus skin! I guess the last 3 rammus mains left get something despite their champ being turned into a turd and joke.... ok
R does less damage now and i dont remember if it kept the same amount of slow? Either way all you need to beat rammus is build lethality and some life steal.
