every time I rank up to Gold 3 I get trolls,afk and toxic players I lose every game because of it then I get demoted to gold 4 and boom easy wins every game I can go 30/0 and rank up to gold 3 again CAN ANYONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THIS SHITTY RANKED SYSTEM IS ???

I don't see the issue with the ranking system here. It's a perception problem. I mean, just go at your match-history and have a real long look at it. Almost no streak at all.
BlueBilberry1 votesMaybe it's akin to what we saw in other tiers last year: Could it be that Gold 4 have players that are Silver-ish and are just happy to be there? On the other hand, Gold 3 and higher players are frustrated because a clear demarcation in skill-set forms at that tier. They lack the subtle difference in skills to climb to the next bracket, so their frustrations are being expressed in toxicity, trolling, etc.? (This could be something as simple as knowing the difference between the value of minion values and farming versus kill-hunting.)
