Sigil of Malice Proc Idea

since leblanc can't have a silence anymore I really feel like sigil of malice should do SOMETHING else.. the one thing I was thinking was that she could proc the sigil of malice with an auto-attack for 40-50% of the damage. That may be too much of a level 1 buff but come on what would that be...20 damage? before MR? it would help her with farming and also kind of make her have to make another decision on how she wants to proceed after hitting with a Q. And it doesn't amplify her burst it sorta gimps it. I just thought it would be a good dire situation type thing. if you really wanna go all in i'd say if she proc's it with an AA it also applies a short slow but that's probably going too far. I just feel like a sigil of malice should have some other benefit than just the damage from another spell. thoughts?
