Udyr needs an update

As it stands, udyr seems really out of place compared to the rest of the champions in league. his attack animations are clunky and his model is extremely outdated (what are those spikes on his shoulder?). I have seen multiple posts addressing this but i have yet to see riot actually addressing them (some of the posts are a couple years old as well). It's as if udyr has been left in the dust while the rest of the game updates. I know some people are going to say "his ultimate skin is his visual update" but come on, who wants to pay $20 just to play a decent looking udyr? They updated his splash art so why not update his model too? his model is probably the worst looking model in the entire game right now. Honestly, the only thing i really want to know is why riot hasn't even mentioned udyr at all in their VU or reworks.
