Potential Problem with Automatic Ally-targeting on Abilities

This is related to the QoL change to Lucian's passive a while back.

In patch 5.8, several abilities that buff the caster and/or an ally will be given automatic ally targeting when self-cast. Specifically with Morde's Creeping Death, I foresee a problem with drawing turret aggro if the ability is automatically cast on an ally near an enemy champion under tower.
