An opposing Leona's ultimate shows no "beam-from-the-sky" animation, except when it hits, giving no time to react.

Arcade Miss Fortune's Make it Rain doesn't show the raining bullets - only the bullet impacts on any targets hit.

Leona is my support main and I can confirm that her ult on occasion does not give a warning before blasting the poor dears to the ground. :/

I might try to recreate this later..
