Is any thing about done about Varus?

He seems to be one of the weaker ADC right now. He was good in certain stages of the meta when burst was a big thing, but now it seems to me like he lacks the tools capable of performing well with his kit.

He's got low mobility and only way to really make up for it is with his (admittedly powerful) snare. Then again, thematically his snare is very awkward when placed on an ADC and really doesn't help him win trades against very many other ADC. Though it is good against melee champions. His Q is still incredibly powerful, yet still feels week when not combined with his stacking W dmg.

His kit is agressive when played the right way, but lacks a lot of mobility or ways to keep himself alive during it. His range is nothing special, and his W is magic damage. His passive is also weak and unreliable in teamfights.

Is anything being considered about changing on Varus? I don't see many ADC reworks.

Well Kog trades his mobility for being a late game monster, Varus doesn't really get much in return for it.

Varus has a %max health detonate. His lower mobility compensates for his insane mid-game dueling potential against other non-mobile champs. Coupled with the deceptively long range on his fully charged q and his r gives him a poke zoning presence nearly equal to kog.

He's a lane presence monster with hard hitting mid range poke, his primary counterplay is to get in his face, have him waste his R on trying to disengage rather than use it to zone for his procs and punish him for not positioning himself correctly.

I know how he plays. Vayne has %max health procs every 3 hits that is TRUE damage, coupled with the highest base AS and best scaling AS in the game. She comes with a mobile on hit buffer, knock back stun, invisibility and 70 free AD.

His Q doesn't really hit as hard as it used to. And jinx can almost hit as hard as that with Zap!, Sivir's Q hits just as hard and has a lower CD He also sufferes from mana depletion, having low regen and high costs.

They'll almost assuredly nerf Q in some way if he gets more mobility.

I like where varus is. Hes situational. He is really good at picks and poking and not much else is the thing. But he is good if your team just realized he has to be used for that purpose (which means hes bad in solo Q)
