How is it fair, what can I do to improve it?

I almost always play support...How can I improve my rank, when I control my bot lane...we are doing nice. But just like last game...mid Kassa fed 0/10...Jungle try to help mid, that means no ganks for bot..but we are doing fine, np... Then...they come all fed team bot and obliterate us to nothing...

What can I do as a Support? I cannot leave my lane early game to help others... How is it fair?

Any help will be welcome.

Something to try: If you and your ADC push the other team out of the lane, look for opportunity to roam mid. Let the ADC finish up the creep wave in the lane (especially if they're going to back afterwards). It gives them some nice solo exp in lane. It also gives you a chance to go shop and roam mid. Depending on how mid is going, you could roam there right away before backing, or go shop and swing by mid on the way back out. You can often at the very least blow their mid laner's flash.
