SKT T1 skins not available for purchase??

So i was wanting to buy the "SKT T1" Ekko skin and noticed I was unable to purchase it. It wasnt anywhere in the store and there was no "Unlock" button through the Learn more about<Skins section either. I noticed that all the other champions who have that SKT T1 skin design are purchasable either. Could anyone give me any information about this?

The previous ESports skins will be released closer to the Tournament.
