Leaver Buster due to failed PC

So recently my last 2 games I was forced to shut down my PC due to it completely freezing up and making a buzzing sound. My first game that I joined it Immediately froze when going to buy starting items and i was forced to due a hard shut down. I didnt think anything of it just thought that it just might of been a glitched so I just decided to not to log back in and yadda yadda. Later on that day when i got back online for my second game about 10 minutes in, my pc, yet again completely freezes up forcing me to do a hard shut down. Now because i had hardwear failure that forced me out of those games (which mind you its a lvl 15 non ranked match) i now have a leaver buster for the first time. If there was like an administrator or support that i could speak with about this would be great. Have yet to figure out what the problem is with my PC (maybe ram or gpu is done) but have switched to a different PC for the time being and can assure this will not happen again.

Sadly, they do not remove LeaverBuster punishments that are issued due to hardware problems on your end. Regardless of the reason, you’re responsible for ensuring your hardware is functioning properly - even if you don’t check it regularly or have no clue it is failing. Considering you knew you were having hardware issues, and “didn’t think anything of it”, but still went into another game before discovering and fixed the problem, the second one was certainly your fault. Generally speaking, the best thing to do when you have an issue entering/during a game is to play custom games to try and diagnose the problem.

Regardless of the reason for the leave, the game was still ruined for 9 other people each time.

you don't get leaver buster games for leaving just 2 games in a row.

There has to be some other history of it.

besides, The leave buster serves as a cool down period to fix your stuff first.
