Lock un-played champs from ranked

I just think if someone has not played a champion, it should be locked from them in ranked.

Once you play, lets say 5 normals with a champion, you "unlock" that champion for ranked.

Don't ever want to see another first time again I got mystery gifted skin yay come forth CRABGOT!!
