Client crashes upon accepting friend requests

It's happened to me about 5 times now in the period of about a week I think. When I receive a friend request, right upon accepting it, the client crashes and the "windows is searching for a solution" tab pops up. It doesn't resolve anything so I don't bother waiting. And as of the time of this writing, I haven't been able to log in for the past 30 minutes after this just happened to me again. ;-; wth riot, someone actually wanted to play with me
