People that complain about the way low elo people build.

Ok so I hear this problem a ton of people like "nah you do not build correctly" or "OMG FF AT 20 THIS ADC HAS A PLEB BUILD". I am not the strongest adc spot but I do play almost every game as support because I know the mechanics of the bot lane and how to play. I can build supports very well depending on the enemy team. Like if they have a fed yasou get randuins and thornmail. If they have fed annie get locket of the iron solari and banshees if needed. They have 2 or 3 people that run on crits. Get randuins and thornmail.

 Here is my predicament. I do not know how or if adc mains at higher elo actually build differently every game. I hear that you have to and blah blah but no one gives a good example. Like how the heck do I counter build with infinity edge, Lord dominiks, boots, rapid fire cannon, shiv, bloodthirster. Like how do you even know how to build depending on the game you are in. 

 I can counter build as a tank easier and really most games I play a tank its an easy game. Yet, when I play adc I will just get targeted and destroyed quickly. It is not my positioning but yet maybe just no one peels in silver but I do when I play sup and other roles. Protect the adc if they have an assassin or someone who can lock the adc down. So maybe that is it but I struggle knowing if adcs even counter build because I do not see it in silver. Pretty much in silver it is a race to get the big ticket items. LIke rush X item and just get your build faster than the other adc. 

 I want to know to or if higher elo adcs counterbuild and how.
