Riot and community engagement.

When I first started playing this game ages ago, the dev team were always talking to their community, making changes based off of what they said and overall communicating with the community in a way that was very healthy for the game. Lately upon coming back last season, I'm noticing that most people would call it the opposite.

No decisions are made with the community anymore, there is no communication, the people who played irellia before her rework were not asked what they wanted, but were forced to accept what you crammed down their throats whether they liked it or not! I want the development team to start communicating with the community again, work WITH them in future VGUs, and most importantly, understand that it isn't all about play at the professional level!

What I would love to see is a comprehensive list of all the champions currently up for a VGU, and when we could possibly expect them to be released. I want the developers to run changes through with their community before even putting them into the pbe. Think lux needs another buff? Start a poll. Think this is a cool ability to give Aatrox on his rework? Run it by the dedicated mains. Honestly if something like this is done, players will be able to continue to love the game, and actually be a part of it's creation! I want the game to feel more like a community and less like a stress fest.
