just finished my first 10 in ranked

my final score was 3-7 I believe and I was placed in Silver 4, higher than i expected and I belong there. I repeat I played poorly during my ranked games and belong in Silver4. The weird thing I have about the whole experience was in the spam of 10 ranked games I also played about 20 nonranked drafts. In the nonranked drafts I had 3 afks and 2 reportable trolls. or 25% of my games were pointless. But in the ranked games i had 7 afks and one feeder. thats 80% of my games. Now im not to upset with the outcome of the games...as I dont need to be higher than silver4 atm and feel like i didnt play well enough to go higher anyway. My only concern is...does leavebuster even work? and is possible to actually ban trolls/intentional feeders...chat bans are slaps on the wrist, and since when did a 7 day time-out change a persons life? I dont really care if I win or loss my games...but i do care that each game is fun and playing doesnt feel like babysitting.
