Let me get right into it prestige aatrox costs 120 euros and you have no other way of getting it.You made the capsules cost 1 blue essence anf gave over 100 players in every region basically everything that you can buy from skins to wards to prestige skins then you tell us that you cant refund the skins or the orange essence. As a person who has put a lot of money in your game i fell so salty SO salty that people who propobly didnt even work to get the money to buy skins got everything and more for FREE. If you dont serve justice in any way i believe your playerbase will have a sky drop.

They made a mistake? It's no big controversy

The playerbase won't leave because riot accidentally priced a ~£5 loot box at 1BE. People have spent years learning the game and refining their playstyle, they're not going to leave because Riot misspriced lootboxes for how long? an hour (probably less)?
