every 50 stacks of his passive should give him a 10% cooldown on that ability which means that at 500 stacks he will git a 100% cooldown redustion on it ...yes i know that its not relly possible to a degree in a regular game but i tested the theory and i need over 1000% ...thats not right .... is it
It is multiplicative, not additive. Which is why it is every 50, not linear.

The expected cooldown at 500 stacks is 2.79 seconds.
