every 50 stacks of his passive should give him a 10% cooldown on that ability which means that at 500 stacks he will git a 100% cooldown redustion on it ...yes i know that its not relly possible to a degree in a regular game but i tested the theory and i need over 1000% ...thats not right .... is it
The way veigar's equation for W works is little bit different. If you take lets say 50% cd (250 stack), and lets say W has 10 sec CD (for this example, ofc). Then your W will have cd like this: CD= 10 x (0,9 x 0,9 x 0,9 x 0,9 x 0,9) = 5,9 sec
The reason for it is, that it doesnt add all the CD together, instead, for every 50 stack, it adds one 0,9* part. This way there shouldnt be possible to have non-zero cd. You will get to 0 cd eventually, but that is cause of how machine works, in terms of math, you wouldnt ever get to 0cd. Also, regular CDR adds before hand like (100-CDR / 100)* part.
