I don't think a player should be penalized by the fact that your teammates did poorly in ranked match. I suggest that if a player get A- or above in a lost match, they shouldn't get points off from their ranking. Thought?
Lucent Rengar2 votesaccording to riot, it's your fault if you can't carry hard enough. the system only counts win or lose, not performance. that's like a school basing your grades on showing up every day for class, and not for actually doing your homework. system is broken
YumScrumptious961 votesWhile its a good idea on paper, it would encourage players to stop trying to win the match, instead of attempting a comeback, which I've been able to do by motivating my team, they will just play to get a decent KDA instead of helping out and trying their hardest to win.
Etrainexpress1 votesI disagree. A player always wants to win a match to climb rank, if not why play ranked. I think it encourage players to do better in a losing match cause there's something additional to fight for.
YumScrumptious961 votesNo, players don't always want to win once they start losing, many just want to ff and start a new match. If this happens then people who give up on winning don't change, they just try to keep their good KDA and stop attempting to win so they can get the S grade and keep their LP.

YumScrumptious961 votesI've played games where we lose and I've gotten S grades. It's not hard to just keep a KDA while losing. I'm not talking about FF here, I'm talking about no longer attempting to win, just trying to individually play well to keep a good scoreline for yourself at the end.
Etrainexpress1 votesIn that game you got as S grades, did you try to win or you were just trying to keep you KDA? You got an S grade and loose so obviously, your teammates had a terrible game. You honesty tell me you are fine and ok to the fact that you had good game but still lose points due to your teammates having a bad game?
Etrainexpress1 votesI also look through your recent match history and didn't find any lost game that get you a S grade. If what you said its true, I don't think you should lose rank point when you got an S in a game. I don't think its fair and this is the point Im trying to make. If you are ok the fact that you play amazing well at that game, got an S grade and still get -18 on rank point, then you are better man than I am. To me, I think its unfair. I didn't say should earn point cause you did lose the game after all, but get point taken off is just not fair in my opinion.
