Hi I wanted to buy Lunar wraith Caitlyn but I checked the store and it wasn't there D: I searched up and found out that it is a Legacy skin, will it come back to store someday?

Yea lunar reveal/warring kingdoms is for the chinese new year and around late jan-early feb
